We are hosting our annual public meeting and AGM next week online on Tuesday 17th November from 7pm.
We’d love you to join us as we look toward an important year in Scotland. 2021 will see both the next Scottish Parliament Elections and the Glasgow-hosted Conference of the Parties (COP) climate conference and it is crucial that we make our collective voices heard and that safe active travel in Scotland is high on both agendas.
We currently have some challenges in the planning ahead, and are keenly aware of our responsibility to ensure Covid-19 is accounted for in all our plans. We intend to spend most of the meeting around discussing how we look forward and organise ourselves with that in mind. Please come armed with your ideas and suggestions!
You will hear about how POP works, see examples of our latest campaigns, and have an opportunity to discuss how you might be able to help. We have a very small number of people leading on action at the moment and are really keen to have more folk involved. Even if you’ve never been to a Pedal On Parliament event before, we would love to hear your views and find ways in which you can contribute to the effort.
If you know of anyone else who might be interested to come along and help out please let them know. See you all there!
