Pedal on Parliament are surprised and delighted to find themselves included in the Westbourne 100 – celebrating campaigns that are changing opinion worldwide. Westbourne Communications named Pedal on Parliament as one of 100 campaigns they see as ‘moving the dial’ of world opinion – alongside names such as Malala Yousafzi, Pussy Riot, and Hugh Fearnley Whittingstall’s Fish Fight.

As Westbourne write on their website,

“The Westbourne 100 is our way of saluting the crazy ones: The people who think they can change the world”

Here at Pedal on Parliament, we think it’s the people who just accept the world the way it is who are the crazy ones. Fortunately, 4000 of you agreed with us last year, and came out on your bikes and on foot to change the world – or at least the corner of it that is Scotland. This year, we hope that even more of you will do the same. Together we can change things. Together we can make Scotland a cycle-friendly country.
